   Floors one and two of The Capital Building are designated for retail tenants. These spaces are ideal, as they are extremely visible to foot and street traffic on one of Atlanta’s busiest streets, East Paces Ferry Rd.

The third through seventh floors
of The Capital Building offer 8,150 square feet per floor of CLASS A office space. Many of these office spaces offer expansive windows boasting brilliant views of the Atlanta skyline.

The eighth floor penthouse offers 8,150 square feet and is currently home to one of Atlanta’s most desired dining experiences, the Capital Grille.
